Lindsay Last enjoys fixing things. “I like to think I am the ‘handy man’ of the house - I don’t think my husband would disagree,” she laughs.

Lindsay not only fixes things around her house, but she is dedicated to helping fix any issues for INB customers.

Lindsay currently serves in INB’s Customer Care Center, which is a central department for the bank to address customer questions and concerns quickly and seamlessly. She takes customer calls to assist with any needs that arises with their INB accounts or services.

Lindsay says she originally wanted to work for INB because the bank offers opportunity and support for their employees. “I was drawn to INB because the company is always growing, and I knew it would open many doors for me,” she says.

Lindsay was born in Albany, New York, and has a twin sister. Her family moved to Illinois shortly after they were born, so she and her sister grew up in Central Illinois. She graduated from Athens High School in 2012.

Lindsay will start classes at Lincoln Land Community College in summer 2020 to earn her associate’s degree. She has plans to obtain a degree in accounting.

Lindsay married her husband in September 2019, and the couple has three dogs and one cat. In her spare time, she enjoys binge-watching TV shows and spending time with her 2-year-old niece.
